PRIVACY

Our goal is to provide you with a serene and personalized experience. To honor the time and energy we dedicate to each guest, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies. These guidelines allow us to maintain the highest level of service for all of our valued clients.

 

Late Arrivals

We encourage guests to arrive 15 minutes early to relax and prepare for their treatment. Arriving up to 15 minutes late may shorten your service time so that we can remain on schedule for all clients, yet the full service fee will still apply.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a 50% service fee will be charged.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. Out of courtesy to our team and other guests, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

Missed Appointments / “No-Shows”

Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. If you are unable to attend without notice, it will be considered a no-show and a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.

Payment Options

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment is collected at the end of your service.
We graciously accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
Please note, personal checks and installment plans are not available.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable once performed, as time and expertise have already been dedicated to your care.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Approved returns may be exchanged for another product, spa credit, or refunded to the original form of payment. Returns beyond 14 days cannot be accepted.

Medical Conditions

Your comfort and wellbeing are at the heart of what we do. Please share any relevant health concerns, allergies, medications, or recent procedures with us so that we may tailor your treatment safely and effectively.
Certain conditions—including but not limited to cancer, heart concerns, blood disorders, or open wounds—may require a physician’s clearance prior to treatment.

Cosmetic Surgery / Botox / Fillers

To ensure optimal results and protect your skin, we ask that you allow at least two weeks after Botox, fillers, permanent makeup, chemical peels, or laser treatments before receiving a facial.
Clients who have undergone cosmetic surgery may be asked to provide medical clearance, and those currently on Accutane will need to wait 6–12 months before booking a facial service.

Personal Items

For your comfort, a spa robe will be provided. We ask that you remove any jewelry prior to treatment. While we do our best to provide a secure environment, we kindly recommend leaving valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Age Requirements

Guests under the age of 18 are warmly welcome with the presence of a parent or guardian during their visit.
